Boolean Operations (continued)
If you repeat Boolean Operations on a same object, you may have some minor problems.
See this example:

The first face of the dice has been further subdivided (too much) and shows visual
defects

Let's work just on a single face at a time. You may use boolean operation on each side
of the cube. Suppress the face of the cube, with the Delete Tool.

With the Extract Surface Tool, you will re-create the deleted face. You may now
use boolean operations on this side, and then weld together the result with the rest of
the dice.

Do the boolean operation against the face which you just extracted:

Use the welding tool to reassemble the pieces.

The same concept could be repeated over the other 4 faces of the dice. Here's a
rendering with wood material applied:
